***Locally attached printers and Color Laser printers are not fully supported by the Information Systems department. Only basic troubleshooting is provided. Anything additional will be billable to the department. Anything which would require dismantling of the printer will need to follow the warranty guidelines if it is under warranty. However, if the printer needs to be sent to HP for repair or it needs to be replaced, then it is the department's responsibility to do so. Information systems does not provide loaner printers or replacements during the repair process. (If the printer is a 5SI, 4000 series, or 8000 series network printer, then it will acquire full support by HIS and loaners or replacements of the same model can be provided.)
